ORDERING
How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
Do I need to open an account to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.
However, setting up an account with us will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
How do I /create an account?
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account and fill in your particulars.
SHIPPING
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge a flat fee of R90 within South Africa.
Orders over R2000 are free for shipping within South Africa.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Usually between 2-3 working days, however during the Covid-19 period, please be prepared for a delay in the delivery of goods. All courier companies are doing their best to keep up with demand, but they do request patience due to the extra precautionary measures introduced to their processes.
How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
Once you’ve completed the checkout successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us with a summary of your order information.
RETURNS
Can I return items I don't like or that don't fit me?
Of course! To start a return, you can contact us at info@danielndaisy.com. If your return is accepted, subject to our refund policy we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What is the return period?
Products may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
